YiMeta is an AI infrastructure and API provider designed for developers to build and deploy AI-powered applications. We maintain strict compliance standards and enforce a zero-tolerance approach to unlawful, abusive, or high-risk activities.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

1. Zero-Tolerance for Illegal Activity

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Promote or facilitate criminal activity
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misleading practices
• Conduct unauthorized financial or payment activities

YiMeta reserves the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

2. Protection of Minors (Strict Enforcement)

YiMeta strictly prohibits any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.

You may not use the Services to create, process, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexualized depictions of minors
• Nudity involving minors
• Any exploitative content involving individuals under 18

Any violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Non-Consensual Deepfake & Identity Abuse

You may not:

• Create non-consensual intimate imagery
• Generate deepfake content without proper authorization
• Impersonate individuals for deceptive purposes
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic evidence
• Use the Services for political misinformation or manipulation

YiMeta prohibits identity abuse and deceptive use of AI technology.

4. Intellectual Property Violations

You may not:

• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
• Generate unauthorized protected content
• Impersonate brands or businesses unlawfully

Users are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to submitted content.

5. Platform Security & Safeguard Circumvention

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass AI moderation systems
• Use obfuscation to evade detection
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Abuse API rate limits
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Share API keys publicly

Circumvention of safeguards is considered a serious violation.

6. Automated AI Moderation & Risk Controls

YiMeta implements automated AI-based moderation and monitoring systems to detect prohibited or high-risk content.

These systems may:

• Scan API inputs and outputs
• Detect high-risk keywords or image patterns
• Flag suspicious usage behavior
• Temporarily suspend processing
• Permanently disable violating accounts

While automated systems may not be perfect, intentional attempts to bypass them are strictly prohibited.

Users remain fully responsible for all content submitted via the Services.

7. Developer Responsibilities

If you integrate YiMeta APIs into your own platform, you must:

• Obtain lawful user consent
• Provide compliant privacy disclosures
• Ensure your application complies with applicable laws
• Implement appropriate safeguards within your own system

YiMeta acts solely as a technical infrastructure provider.

Developers are responsible for their end users’ conduct.

8. Enforcement

YiMeta may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Refuse to process certain content
• Suspend API access
• Freeze or terminate accounts
• Restrict service access
• Report illegal activity to authorities

Serious violations may result in permanent termination.
